The hotel is surely not the best location on Naxos, such a price/performance ratio will be very difficult to find otherwise. The orchard is still in a n. very good condition. If the necessary repairs in the next few years are addressed early, it will continue to be a while so. Rooms are equipped with satellite tv, air conditioning and fridge. Very Decent Bathroom. I was pleased with this hotel. The size of the room (with fridge and TV - only gr. channels), bathroom and balcony were ok. The one or other picture on the wall would make for a bit more flair. The pool is quite large and well-kept, as the beach is so close I didn't use. If you have a room facing the beach, you can enjoy the sunset behind. Gorgeous! The breakfast was for big standards very tidy. A big supermarket is about 10 minutes (walking distance) away. 15 Minutes to Chora (walk). Highly recommended is the beach bar Flisvos. In and out ...
