The hotel is already getting a bit old but in good condition.
For cleanliness it is very much respected. The pool is rather very small and the space for beach chairs around but very limited. But who needs the pool already if the beach so close.
The rooms are standard, nothing new but still good. The bathroom is very small and already a bit old, with a shower. RESPECT whilst showering, the water suddenly scalding hot, then ice cold, wasn't so great. The hand towels are already quite old and stained, was not so nice. Very badly soundproofed is... Read more

Very good price-performance ratio, good family run hotel again at any time. Staff, always in a good mood and this just before the winter season. Food was good and sufficient. Even as a vegetarian I was completely satisfied. Room and bathroom small but adequate. Beach in the immediate vicinity. Shopping possibilities and bus station in the immediate vicinity. This was the first time we stayed at the Principe, it is a small hotel with 97 rooms and almost all with a view of the sea (to Palma). Great central location for all activities. At the pool there is something for everyone and Thursday's gala dinner! All in all a nice hotel, we would love to come back again and again! Only small fault, the rooms are very clairaudient!
