This was by far the nicest hotel in the Caribbean. I am Venezuelan and know what I am talking about.

In the good one and whole one can spend a beautiful vacation. The trip with the boat is also not as bad as it is described here. Our things were all dry. Makes it even fun so a bit. The Metalität of the staff you have to get used to. After a few days but also chums with them. The service left a lot to be desired though. Tables were only rarely butt Marquesas Islands Time water and cloth. It is really very quiet. At the weekends when the locals was something to do otherwise dead. An absolute peace perfect vacation. We were very pleased, but you should keep in mind it is clear that Venezuela is 'South America '. On the weekends there was always something going on, during the week it was rather quiet but was not too bad, we wanted to relax in. Friendliness of the staff except for a few exceptions very good. The cleanliness of the room was mostly great, at the weekend not so good because the Hotel quite full. Food was varied. Not a very large area. No floors. Good condition and cleanliness.
The rooms were good and large enough too. But badly soundproofed. The TV didn't have many international channels. Just the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. The bed sheets hadn't been changed during the 2 weeks. The outdoor shower was something special, the water sometimes ran sparsely. There was no water at night at times.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager spoke English and German. Just the room cleaning wasn't good.
