We stayed over Christmas and new year's Eve. No earned five stars and the Award2011 not. Ants in the room and wardrobe. Mold in the bathroom where you looked and a lot of rust. Stains on the bed sheets probably from the previous guests. Cleaning lady had perhaps not in the mood, rooms were not clean. Behind shampoo and shower gel you had to walk afterwards. Small area, knows you after a week all guests and the whole staff, guests were very International (German, Americans, Spanish, Dutch, Asian...), front desk open designed, well-kept green area, the hotel in need of renovation -both rooms, corridors and the pool! Please note the hotel does not five stars it was more like a three star, in the pool the floor was very dirty, no free loungers by the pool or on the beach if you pay extra for five o'clock or six o'clock those get up the sun-loungers otherwise one could forget it and the US really.
