We had the Playmobil-fun package. This package includes the night in family room or in two adjacent double rooms and tickets to the Playmobil-park. We were unfortunately only a normal double room allocated. Our son (5) could sleep on a daybed, which is quite close to the double bed state, what our sleep not supported.
On the next day I where pay not received family room criticized. With was expressionless art told, that one family room only then receives, if one this expressly states!?

The hotel is really when pyramid gaebaut! Nevertheless I can't be 'good' in hock, because what you get is at best 'average'. The traffic connections to reach with public transport. Transport is present, but their frequency is rather modest. In the area there is a clinic nothing. Read more

We were very disappointed: it says wellness oasis... This was not a spa. The lady at the front desk gave us a choice of rooms: they made for us the sauna or would recommend for thermal mare. There were in the ' oasis 'still smelled like urine, we drove to Fürthermare. The food and the service in the restaurant was very bad. Atmosphere and furnishing, the salads without dressing, which after 2-caliber call never came.
