The hotel is very clean, the services is very good. They always offer you a drink. We stayed at all inclusive service which was very good. The guy who made up our bed every day was also great. He made the most wonderfull things out of a towel!
The pool could be more heated when the temperature isn't that high because it was a bit cold from time to time. But when it becomes very hot...it is nice

It was a great stay. Great weather in January. The beach was empty and we found that very pleasant, only the construction nerves. The pool was unfortunately not heated. The staff were great, very accommodating. All staff are on the children and have which busy. Somewhat annoying were the drunk Russians and so on the on the final day very noisy at night; but the there are everywhere, we book soon again our vacation for the winter 2012! Read more

The hotel the rooms the pool landscape is OK, unfortunately January to cold the pool is not heated.

the hotel is good looking, nice furniture but service is very terrible, Food and beverages are very poor, drinks served hot and when you ask for ice you didn't find, pool towels is wet and almost they give you a used towels.

my room was very big and i am going back to the hotel next year and i am going to ask for the same room again plenty of furniture and clean our cleaner hussain kept it spotless.

On the surface this hotel looks lovely, with the rooms being spacious, and initially clean, however the standards of cleaning are low, and the changing of sheets infrequent.

We arrived on 28th Dec 10 and stayed until 7th Jan 11, A great 10 days in the sun less the two nights of bad rain" out of anyones control" Please note that when the heavens opened the hotel did spring a few leaks and rooms did get wet.

This is due to a shortage of plates cups and glasses and you end of feeling as though they are trying to rush you out - All in all 2* If you dare complain about the food being cold they just argue and say it is not!
