A very nice hotell with All inclusive. Free drinks and mean all drinks. Good variaty of food on lunch and dinner. Breakfast is allright. The pool is hugh, the only problem is in winter the water is a little bit to cold. The beach are allright and the seawater is very good. Just returned from a week at the Pyramisa Blue Lagoon Hotel. Hotel is lovely and has 3 lovely big swimming pools. Staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful. Food was a good buffet selection, one problem was food could be a little cold however, management were dealing with the issue and it improved half way through the week. Hotel evening entertainment more for Russian guests, but this is not a problem just outside the Hotel there are a few bars in a short walking distance and are very reasonable. We visited this hotel for 2 weeks in August '09 and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The staff were so friendly and helpful that when we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to family! . We never had any problems with the bars and again made friends with Adam, Feret and Zaen who between them made sure we were well watered every day!!!! We ate out twice at the Triple X bar just down the road and had lovely service in there too. I have nothing but praise for staff at this Hotel. They simply cannot do enough for you. Our Room was lovely and spacious and cleaned to a high standard everyday. The pools were lovely and we had no trouble getting beds everyday thanks to the fantastic pool staff. The animation team provided entertainment for which they clearly tried their best (It's not meant to be professional) We personally had no trouble changing money at the reception and the transaction was completed in a minimal amount of time.
