This is a huge hotel with wonderful views over the Nile, excellent resouces and lovely gardens. There is something for everyone. Our part yof 10 was aged from 2 to 73 and we were all very happy!
The hotel is well maintained and very clean. We had half board. We were there over Christmas and there was an international clentele of all ages

spacious room and bathroom with bath/shower combo....there is no coffee making facility and the mattress is hard which i enjoyed but might not be the best if you like to sink away in your mattress.

Grey towels & sheets wouldn't do for me. The duvet cover edge was totally discoloured and the bed runner was stained with dried god-knows-what. I stayed in no star hotels before but they were much cleaner than this hotel. The room was noisy from the street, so asked the front desk to change the room. The receptionist rolled her eyes and tutted and told us it would be 25 euros extra per night even though the hotel was sparsely occupied. It’s not a 5 star hotel, not even a 2 star. Read more

We always recieve a good service, nice and clean rooms with good beds and a big bathroom a great view to the river Nile and the Western Side. The kitchen is great, lovely food prepared in an egyptain way, a big selection of deserts and also for breakfast you get everything you want. Of course we love the big swimming pool. Read more

we stayed at the pyramisa isis in luxor and there sister hotel in aswan, the hotel in luxor was clean, tidy and i can only say good things, the staff are the best ive ever know in any hotel anywere, they made our stay fantastic, from the best pool guys in the world to the most polite and helpfull waiters ever, great resturants and fantastic views, the pools are really great with a nice poolside bar that serves food fresh made in front of you, try the shish tawok sandwhiches, we went b&b but i would recommend all inclusive as drinks are expensive in the hotel, there are good bars and places to eat, 7days 7 ways good for snacks, and a beer, the puddle duck for a top class meal, the taste of india(i think thats the name) on joseph street for one of the best indian meals ever, they also do other meals just as good, there are loads of places to eat and drink and the locals dont pursue you, just dont stop say, laa or laa shockran, no or no thanks and keep walking and you will not get botherd, there only trying to make a living and we would do the same if we had to. - in October 09

I can honestly say after a stay of 3 weeks that my wife and i have experienced the best holiday we have had everything about the Pymestia Isis was a joy, the reception desk most helpful staff, room housekeeping efficient and obliging with over requests, pool side waiters and attendants quick and pleasant and the choice of food was excellent again served and waited on by extreamly nice and friendly staff lead by maitr -d who again want to make your stay a memorable one, in the the best star of all these helpful staff, one who believed it to be his mission to make everyone feel at house from home Mr Asiff nothing was to much trouble for him to ensure you have a very happy and restful break, our next visit will make it number five, each time the experience increases our enjoyment, ant wait for our next visit Les + Jan Carr - in August 10

Visited the pyramisa isis luxor earlier this year it just gets better due to the size of the hotel work is constantly ongoing always for the better , we also took advantage of the aswan visit which was fabulous the pyramisa hotel in aswan is fantastic on an island surrounded by beautiful gardens ect "wow " what a place would make an ideal honeymoon location The pyramisa in luxor is still my no 1 hotel for position, welcoming and obliging staff bellboys ,waiters,, reception staff everyone. - in November 09
