For our first time in Egypt, thanks to the hotel, we can say it was successful!
The food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the staff was really kind!
The view we had from our room was really beautiful, the view on the Nile was not comparable and we even saw Ibises, those wonderful birds.
What else to say? We will certainely come back next year, and this time it will be with the family!

Every year we do stay two times at the Pyramisa-hotels in luxor and aswan. After opur last stay the 23 of februar till the 8 of march we do have the intention to come again after the summer. Every time the service is better, the personal is kind and very helpfull. We can advice, as many guests, to go to these very good and comfortable hotels, our compliments.

The staff were great, could not do enough for the family. If you had a problem it was sorted there and then.

Just home again! We enjoyed 2 weeks the hospitality from all the servants, the sun, the heated swimmingpool,the noise on the streetside,the excellent breakfast, tasty diner and nice room.
Room is big enough, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
TV, telephone, hairfohn, shampoo, soap,little frigidaire, balcony available.
Very good service of Guestrelation service in the hotel...speaks even japanees! Language is not a problem, englisch, a bit german and some a bit french.

large, hotel come into the years, definitely not worth 5 stars. The majority of the guests are passing through either to communicate in other languages or as we on the trip to Aswan. But also if it is an older hotel, it is worth vacuum cleaner, water and detergent. In our rooms were still some hairs from the previous tenant, the towels were gray and chairs in the room you couldn't do without collapse.

We particularly enjoyed the stay, because you have to take the ferry boats at any time free of charge to small in the oriental bustle of Aswan Egypt could be reached, in order to be in a quiet room or at the pool with an exotic fruit juice rest.

We have returned from our annual 3 week stay at the Isis Pyramisa Luxor once again we have had a wonderful holiday, the minus points firstly, the main hotel swimming pool complex was closed for the first two weeks of our stay for refurbishment, an excellent job done on it, which made it a little bit crowded around the second pool but all the pool side staff made sure everyone was well looked after, and the final week the dining room and kitchen closed for a complete refit, which ment a small walk to the substitute facility, again everyone was well catered for by all the food and beverage personnel. - in July 10

The non heated pool is freezing and at first it takes a bit of a steady plunge to get in but I can honestly say it is a heaven the heat is so intense some parts of the day and this pool is the best way to cool down!
