Hotel Quality Inn East Lucky Lane

As a port for Sedona apart we wanted to take more of a motel in Flagstaff; as expensive Sedona. Even if this quality inn is a bit older, the rooms were perfectly adequate and in order. The decor is typical motel, a little shabby, but still okay. The motel was clean. The handling of a complaint (tv-tv remote missing) was very service oriented. The breakfast was American with scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, cereals, cakes, coffee, tea and so on despite the location on a main road and railway tracks the room was quiet. We spent a night there, as part of our us trip! It is a typical American motel, right on the highway, which made sleeping only possible with earplugs. Otherwise we were surprised about the room but positive. You see, the motel was recently updated; the room is standard, but still nice and comfortable. The staff at the check in were first time to wait and then it was total annoyed and overstrained! The 'breakfast', which you can enjoy in a small room, was terrible. Cheap motel on the outskirts of Flagstaff, had put us for two nights in order to visit the grand Canyon. You shouldn't expect too much, but for those price (we paid per night for the room cost €48). Breakfast was good, was even small hash browns and scrambled eggs. The coffee was as everywhere in the motels-more water than coffee. The towels in the rooms on both days exchanged-the carpet and the bedspread not quite as new anymore. Wall Mart is 500 meters away not, therefore, good shopping and food.
