The room condition is miserable, totally dirty, the furniture and walls was sticky undefinable liquid (dried), looked like genetic material. Air conditioning moldy, bathroom moldy, faucet loose (almost as much). Furniture totally verrazt. Everything was filmed, everyone was shocked the saw the. Not to be recommended. NO INTERNET IN ROOM, WIRED OR WIRELESS--which is a little bit ridiculous given it's 2010 now--i didn't even bother to check ahead of time since i just assumed there would be internetso you must take your laptop to either the first floor lobby or the second floor to tap into the hotel general wireless (2 bar at the most), and given the crowd there competing for those 2 bars, the speed was miserableso your best bet is to go down 1 block toward the beach to the starbucks there2. - in November 10

Your website indicated smoking rooms were available - which is NOT true - As I am a smoker this was disappointing to say the least - The hotel has made significant physical improvements since my last visit, but all the bugs were not quite ironed out - The toilet in the first room became clogged after one use - We were transfered immediately to another room - The cold water in the shower had not been turned back on after some work, but that was corrected before we had a chance to report it - The free breakfast was wonderful - The staff was friendly and proud of the improvements - The location is ideal and the price is fantastic for Waikiki - in November 10
