Unfortunately no good price/performance ratio. Minimum cost (only 1 jam, no honey, no chocolate creme, indefinable ham/cheese, bread not fresh, the cheapest water). The hotel has 15 rooms, of which one or two single room, a large suite with a separate bathroom and a foyer with Kindergitterbett and min. 2 Junior Suites with a large bathroom, partial sea view, some of them with a balcony, one with double bed, the other usual rush with two twins. Wireless internet access is also available, unless you take their laptop with. Large clean restaurant, the pool is not heated, a small sauna is also available. The hotel was located very beautifully on a hillside high above the Atlantic Ocean. The drive was steep and curvy, but normal for Madeira. It is quiet, nicely furnished and got relatively well maintained. The pool is only to use in the summer months. 15 hrs. Saunabenützung 10 € per person.
Clean, English style, good view. TV only Portuguese and CNN, small device, so that you can hear almost nothing in the room itself.
