Sleep in this hotel from five o'clock was not given. Slamming doors was extremely heavy wooden doors and very dated. Without isolation. After several complaints, no interest in the success of this change by a person. At the front desk just a smile. Plödes 13 years already here and have nothing. A lot of people in the right building have complained but unfortunately not at the front deskthis was the bad de riu hotel we have ever stayed in. Arrogance at the front desk. I was this year the second time in riu arecas and everything was great again. Very good breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juices and tasty dinner and also the varied. As far as the hotel from many other four star hotels flights, is the staff. Whether from the cleaner column, waiters or front desk (including hotel manager), they are all very friendly and accommodating. You feel in this hotel really, I will certainly stay here frequently spend my holiday. Read more

Almost perfect hotel in a great location. Positive first of all, the possibility of joint to the riu/palace. Good location to the beach Playa del Duque; actually on the long promenade in almost the best location, though in the second row. The staff was very friendly, at the front desk with very good German. Competent TUI-travel guide. Immediate removal of small problems. The hotel is in top condition with perfect service. The buffet was diverse and very tasty. The rooms are also in a good condition and great importance was attached to cleanliness. Been to other Rui hotels in Tenerife & Cyprus and by far this is the best one - all staff very friendly, the manager even came and introduced himself on our 2nd evening and we celebrated our wedding anniversay and they dressed the table and gave us a bottle of champagne. - in April 10
