We have nowhere in the world such a friendly and helpful staff found as in this hotel. The ladies at the front desk (the men) were a separate class of its own. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, the friendliness of the staff. The bell boy, the spoke German very well, was very nice with US and US to the hotel and to our room was explained. Our room was on the second floor with a magnificent view of the beautiful pool and gardens. Room and bathroom were the right size and clean and neat. We stayed for a week at the riu Bellevue. Overall, we liked it.
The staff is very friendly and tried hard. The area was spacious, there was a beautiful palm garden, a large pool area and a fine-grained sand beach.
The house itself is in many places in need of renovation. You can see in all of the corners, it was built in the 80 igern. Here is really an improvement area. the hotel was large and very offering a clear view. It was so great well-kept, and provided a total be comfortable. The outdoor area from the hotel was wonderful. We had all-inclusive. Average age from young to old.
