Hotel RIU Bravo

Prior to arrival I read some bad reviews, I do not completely share. Clearly there is such an old building a few small flaws, but there are much worse houses. The staff is very friendly and helpful, problems with the communication there is no given, there was always someone there, the spoke German well. The food was good, however one had the feeling, the quality of the evening also has recovered, it was not always only positive. A nice the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and had good foreign language skills. The hotel offers a very good spa area as well as an indoor pool for the winter months very recommendable is. The food and the selection of food was really very good. Read more

In the winter it was the ideal hotel on the playa, quiet but central location. Good food and friendly staff. 80% German guests mix pensioners otherwise British and Spaniards. Many regular guests. For me the best riu hotel in Playa de Palma. Gladly again anytime. Read more

The hotel is getting old, Tv very old and small, no flat screen, armchair part way locked, the only good thing was the huge garden, I thought the food for a four-star hotel not so great. Original drinks were only when payment and the with the all-inclusive, everything else was dust. At the front desk staff was very friendly, but it was so good that one had to pay for those own laptop if you want to use the Internet in the foyer., also in Tenerife four star hotels it is free.
