The whole hotel area was clean, except toilet wing by the pool. The room was very nice and big but getting old. Great pool area but small beach section. Hardly any German tourists. Staff speaks ausschließlisch Spanish and English. TUI travel service was exceptional. Hotel highly recommended, if you want a German people increased. Read more

Typical riu Hotel-competent and always friendly staff-the entertainment by the pool sometimes-if you are looking for peace, this is not the place to go-but it was not overly noisy. From 23:00 it is quiet. Great hotel area with a beautiful pool landscape. For people with good mood of the right place to relax. Excursions to the temples Maja, of Isla mujeres, Tulum, playa del Carmen can be seen from here with a rental car or organized. The front desk was helpful and more.
