Staff reacted only after Dollargabe, complaints are ignored, Hotelmanagen not as or is not in the mood, by the pool listen jackhammer and sometimes contruction noise no real relaxation possible. I can only recommend this hotel. The rooms are well, although the bathroom is urgently renovation. The location of the hotel is great, the beach is through the beautiful with palm trees equipped garden reachable.
Since very many German speaking guests in the hotel delay, the German wave ( in English language) received.
Furthermore are German movie to see. At the pool bar are large TV. There is also the soccer -national league matches to see.

Construction noise next to the hotel Palms available, but the waves at the sea are exactly loud. After a short time one was that nothing more heard.
Jorge at the front desk speaks German and is really friendly!
Please do not the flyers of pizzeria delivery service use! (Under the door evenings slipped) disgusting pizza!
In 15 minutes one is at the great shopping street Lincoln road.

The hotel is like already described not new and modern, but the rooms will be renovated and we were lucky a new room to Receive. Bathroom are not renovated, but it was enough for the daily needs. The value for money has in any case fit, breakfast was very good, wide choice and good taste. Read more

The hotel has rather 2a three stars instead of four. The hotel was crowded, you had to up to 10 minutes to wait until the couse accassable through an elevator came-and was so full, that one no more place was. The hotel is very getting old and in need of renovation.
The rooms were not refilled, ( soap, coffee, Sugar etc.).

Relatively large hotel 10 floors with a nice lobby, all in all 284 rooms partially with sea view, terrace restaurant-great for out on to the terrace in the sunshine, there are a large number of German but also Americans as well as Spanish speaking tourists there, the average age was very mixed from young, old.
