We were already for the third time in the main building and were altogether right content (exact hotel description = February 2010 and February 2011). Particularly the friendliness and Hilfsbereitschafts of the staff is anytime again commendable. We got our wish rooms reserved and as a 'regular' a nice Attention. The cleaning of the rooms was exactly what we wanted, thanks Minga!
The dishes in the main restaurant are good and for a week there were also enough variety.

We (21.31) were the third time on Fuerte and the first time in Oliva beach. Vacation was great and the hotel in all cases be recommended. Is a giant hotel but everything clean, friendly and delicious. The location of course one-time (only a sister hotel next door otherwise only wonderful massive beach, never crowded).

the hotel is indeed no more brand new, but only small Faults( for example Stains on the carpet), the didn't really disturb.
it is pleasant, to be here, and the location and the beach are really wonderful.
only two things would seriously improvement: first new mattresses, secondly, the pool in the main building always sufficient heated are (often completely unvorhersagbar he was very cold, despite several complaints).
