Stay in the RIU Palace Madeira was good, we would recommend it anytime again choose.
The possibilities for excursions and hikes are varied.
The shuttle bus- bus of the hotel drives the guests several times a day free of charge to the capital Funchal.

Extremely good hotel with high comfort factor. Very friendly staff with good foreign languages skills. The dishes in the restaurants were varied and tasty. The shuttle bus- connection after Funchal worked well and was always punctual. Only fly in the ointment for mobile guests the bricked bathtub. There was however some handrails. For disabled or older travelers not so good. The travel guide from TUI in that place was very efficient and unobtrusive. A beautiful short break we remember. Read more
