The TUI offer is no five star hotel. The condition of the rooms was very bad, there is permanent odor mold and moisture. We had a junior suite on the top floor with a direct view of the sea. The service was excellent. No waiting for drinks in the evening and the food. The quality of the drinks was excellent. 24-hour room service complimentary we have three times used. This also worked without problems. The beach was a bit disappointed because our time stay full of seaweeds was. The rooms were large and clean. Conclusion: we were now seven times in the DOM. Very nice seaside holiday in October 2011. Not so humid as July August in respectively. After seven years vacation in Hotel riu bambu in Punta Cana was very surprised by increasing the quality in our hotel. The staff from the bambu detects an even again.
