the hotel is right pleasant. It is the slope of the mountain down built. Front desk is therefore on main entrance and pool 6 floors down. Great view on the coast and LaGomera. Unfortunately, the hotel already older and it shows in the rooms. These are however quite good cleaned. The cleanliness is okay from the reason it is however already very old and notices one. Am large Fan of RIU Palace Tenerife. Anytime again! The only downside is the shower, is actually a bathtub and the shower curtain, the wet Body sticks. Everything other is perfect! Read more

An older hotel, but still very good an assessment can be made. The friendliness and the service in this hotel are first class. The food is rich and of good quality. You have additional to the buffet the opportunity menu at the table to get served, there is a restaurant called crystal, where one without extra charge a excellent 3 courses menu available, with a sea view. The hotel is visited by many pensioners. We spent a week and we really enjoyed can only recommend the hotel. Read more
