Very unfriendly staff.
Meals at the restaurant, if one was to two allowed to sit at a table for two only, if one was rude angemekert you the not the one where else should sit down.
Pool area was very beautiful but unfortunately also very dirty (much sand, small dead animals, sheets)...

Positive were more than surprised us here in fear as some had said. It was very quiet and relaxing, whether at the pool or on the beach or in the night (room 23 at the thalassotherapy ☺
The food was always good and it was a very large selection.
Also on announced sunbed occupiers can we not, one hardly saw as the ran from the staff to the beach chairs and the beds were already prepared to make (and hang up towels)

Only one drawback they were refurbishing the spa so was noisy during the day and dusty so really couldn't relax in room in the afternoon, but, putting that aside was a great holiday and would definately return. - in October 10

BOOKS There is a small library of books left by visitors by the side of the pool where you get your clean towels, so if you run out of reading material, there is bound to be something you can read.

On arrival, we were actually upgraded to a sea view which was a nice surprise and the room was lovely; spacious, TV, fridge, bottled water, safe, aircon etc. - in October 09

i just got back from a weeks holiday at the riu tikida beach hotel agadir, was slightly aprihensive before i went as i read some bad reviews on here, but i was proved wrong, the hotel was fantastic, so clean, rooms were spacious,great weather,pool was great with fabulous sun loungers (you have to get up early if want a double one though).

Rooms are a good size with bathroom, shower, toilet, mini fridge and TV with limited Satellite - Have you ever seen "The Simpson's" and "Malcolm in the Middle" in French?? Try and get a room with a balcony as these are bigger. - in October 09

we was not told when booking with thomson that it would be ramadan while we were there an after reading reveiws didnt look forward to going as the nightclub was shut but we had paid so had to go well the hotel rooms ground pools etc were lovely the staff are great they work so hard the beach was dirty broken glass so just stayed round the pools waiting for the sun haha the fret as they call it doesnt shift till mid afternoon so had a few hours of sunshine here and there never woke up to sunshine in the mornings so weather was dissappointing the bar shuts at midnight so we got a few drinks in an sat drinking in the dark till 1ish only ventured out the hotel to go for arghan massage taxi took us there and back it was good value dont go if your shy cus you may be with strangers and she massages everything to your pubic bone i enjoyed it evening entertainment not good at hotel so take cards etc to play met some lovely people and just relaxed all day reading would not return to agadir ! - in November 09

The staff on reception are rude, not helpful and the worse i have ever meet anywhere in the world ZERO STARS BAR - Staff were great, always bringing you drinks to the table of an evening, peanuts on the table for pre-dinner drinks and the drinks were good for all-inc FOUR STARS POOL, SUNBEDS, POOL BAR - All great, clean pool, best sunbeds in the world, staff at pool bar (Tarik was the best) good and got to know your drinks requests, just need to give a little more ice when asked for.

For breakfast they had things like bacon sausage eggs, fryed, boiled, poached, pancakes fresh fruit, sliced meat all different kinds sliced cheese all different kinds, doughnuts, croissants and lots more which i can't remember, they also so had a good selection of juice's orange, pineapple, cucumber, tomato and sooooo much more. - in November 09

The food was very good with a good selection , the only downside was that the breakfast never seemed to be very hot so i just had toast every morning but there was plenty of selection of cereals , pastries ,bacon , sausage , eggs pancakes , waffles , cheese & ham .

The swimming pool and sunbeds were good aswell, there is a small edge all the way round the pool as a seat which is nice and it was never crowded with plenty of sunbeds, we always came down and got a sunbed straight away whether it was at 9 or 11!

The beach is also patroled by lifeguards who are very vigilant and paid a lot of attention to the kids who were on their own The hotel itself is maitenained to a very high standard with very comfortable amenities and excelent staff Only few minor points that somewhat spoilt the overall excelence: - the spa was closed for complete remodeling with buidling works going on all day.
