We were very happy from our first stay in Egypt. The hotel offers much comfort. Wi-Fi in the entire Club! Very friendly people. Especially to mention is Carol Pawlowitz, guest relation supervisor of the hotel. They always stood with advice and act to the side. Always with a smile.
The children were happy and constantly with friends on the way. The snorkeling is an experience.

Very nice complex for those seeking tranquillity. The drinkchoice by all inclusive is rather limited, (4 cocktails for selection and not very high quality) the Quitieren a drink via signature annoying. Unfortunately during our time the restaurant at the beach closed. All together we had a really beautiful, relaxing vacation at brilliant food. The beach the Jetty to the reef nearby is super. We have a dreamlike vacation for relaxing and we didn't miss anything. The staff were most attentive without being pushy. The US especially good liked it. The hotel advertises 100% satisfaction and we can only agree with that. The food was varied and really delicious- very difficult, not outrageous... Who relaxation and peace searches, is here in good hands. Otherwise offer the tour operators but also beautiful excursions at.
