Even if the hotel is not new anymore, so it is absolutely recommendable. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful with questions and also the room was great. We were three girls in a room and had plenty of space, as it is with a large king size bed with a further bed in an adjoining room had, which was really great. The bathroom was not the largest, but plenty of room. The breakfast was good, if also typically American. Those who want to stay in new York, this is the place to stay. Short distances to Manhattan, with the path about twelve minutes about $two, 00 per person per way. Unfortunately it's a diner bars and restaurants in the hotel's surroundings. Apart from the usual fast food shops. Breakfast for us-conditions in the hotel were quite good. For the price, it was a good hotel. Convenient access to the metro to Manhattan. Aged area a bit of a let down but you feel safe. Not recommendable restaurants in the proximity. The staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle service to Newark Airport. Read more

We were there for the third time and we felt also this time again, very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, but sometimes without Ausssicht. The breakfast is a bit hard to get used to (almost sweet, but there are fruit and yoghurt as an alternative, is in any case full and ensures a good start to the day.
