We stayed over the weekend " " A Cachertour to Magdeburg and a centrally located house. The hotel is located very conveniently located; tram stops right outside the door. From the parking garage next door has direct access to the hotel. The parking garage is locked bicycle; bicycles can be rented at the hotel. Otherwise, it is a normal 4 * hotel without significant features. The room (Standard) was OK; it was facing an inner courtyard. The hotel is very centrally located Council scales and easy to reach.
The general condition of the hotel is' tired ' and could use a renovation. The carpet was full of stains, the plug of the sink was defective, a more contemporary tv, no refrigerator in the room... It collected some negative aspects.
On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was excellent and diverse.
The staff is very nice and approachable.
In my opinion, the price-performance ratio not justified.

The hotel is centrally located in the 'broad way' and was used for a business trip. The central location is ideal for a short break, aher for a walk in the evening quite pleasant.
The single room in the first floor was spacious with a desk, coffee table and had plenty of opportunities for otherwise. The small tv screen is not completely modern anymore, but I am not. The small bathroom with shower was big enough and clean-a shower curtain is not everyone's thing.
