Hotel Red Feather Lodge

The hotel was up to the expected standard. The staff was friendly reserved. Nice was the computer with free Internet access in the lobby. Parking was free. The small pool in front of the hotel directly next to the parking lot has very little comfort. Breakfast was included but there were opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Read more

The staff was absolutely indifferent and rude. Already at the check-in no smile or otherwise any sign of interest for those guests. The room was dark (Windows inside of a hallway) smelled of urine and penetrating. After complaining at the front desk we were told by the same enthusiasm as at the check-in, that someone from the housekeeping would, in order to check that. Red feather lodge is the relatively large hotel complex for the overslept place in which she finds herself. Except for Mc Donalds, Pizza hut and a priced pizza shop up the road is not busy. The south rim of the Grand canyons and want to save a long journey times, is here. The price is daunting at first, but in comparison to compete well. Our room smelled of something musty however it, otherwise all was clean. The ladies at the check in were very friendly. Complimentary coffee is offered in this area, breakfast is it not. We only left the property used it to sleep and little seen. It is not particularly good nor especially misbehaving. The room was fine. A coffee maker was in the bathroom, wireless was free. The staff was not rude, but somehow it was all a bit more complicated and much harder than in other hotels (both check-in and check-out).
