We were for the second time in this hotel and again it was very nice. The grounds are in a very clean condition, the staff are constantly tried, the vacation as pleasant as possible designed. The hotel reef nearby is very beautiful, praise-worthy is, on the part of the leaders are trying to obtain, this beautiful reef. We were now the third time at the blue Bay resort. Says, that we than + 60, couple there love. The complex is really nice, well maintained and in this time very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and they should be appropriately (time). At the front desk you should exercise a little, because they will give you the first and last impression of the hotel. Let me start my review by clarifying a comment made from a reviewer on 19th July that compared The Reef Oasis Blue Bay with a 7* hotel in Dubai - this is very misleading and is not the case at all - the hotel at its best is 4* - having spoken with some of the hotel management I know they are very keen on feedback and guest satisfaction, from a personal point of view I feel what lets the hotel down is the quality of Food and Beverage, over the years we have stayed in all-inclusive resorts worldwide with a superior level of all-inclusive for a lower budget - would class The Reef Oasis Blue Bay as acceptable and good rather than outstanding or excellent. - in July 10
I can safely say we picked the best hotel and had a wonderfully relaxing holiday that offered everything we wanted. - in July 10
Overall, the best I can say about the ROBB is that as soon as we knew we wanted to go to Egypt, there was nowhere else we wanted to stay. - in June 10

The room we had was spacious even though we had an extra bed in and was cleaned to a very high standard every day with clean towels and Linen, and amazing towel and bed spread art with elephants and peacocks amongst other things. - in August 10

This was supposed to be a bonus for those booked into a deluxe room but the breakfast I felt wasn’t as extensive as the Bay View restaurant. - in September 10
We paid a little bit extra to upgade to a Deluxe room as we wanted to be near the relax pool and we were not disapointed, little extas like robes, flat screen tv and 1 free bag of laundrey which I would highley recomend using, as everything comes back like new, all cellophaned wrapped and professionaly folded, lovely. - in September 10

There were plenty of bars to get hot cold and alcoholic drinks nice restaurants clean in fact the whole place was spotless and the staff fantastic now for the only BAD fault i could find if your in the 6000 blocks your half a mile from the beach and restaurants its approx a ten minute walk now with kids or beach clothes etc it gets monotonous the provide a free bus service which they say every 5 or ten minutes lol we waited up to 20 minutes and if your only there a week and go back to your room 3 times a day you do your math’s a big chunk of your holiday gone also the service stops at 5pm till 6pm just when you want to go to tea or come off beach good timing (NOT) also they stop the service at 11 or 12 not sure as couldn’t seem to get out of the 24hour bar that early ;-) it gets cold of a night when sun goes down the pools are fantastic to look at but freezing cold except the kids heated one nice an warm but the infinity pool was so cold no one used it such a waste the management was asked but refused . - in November 09

the hotel is lovely never had a problem getting a sunbed went to the leisure pool around about 9ish but a lot of the beds were reserved i think this needs sorting out the animation team work realy hard but i think the entertainment on the night was pretty poor not alot to do for our teenage son most of the staff are very friendly always say hello a couple of the lads at the bar at the leisure pool were very miserable and felt like there served who there wanted to even if you had been waiting at the bar for a while the food we thought was lovely much better than last year unfortunatley my husband and son did suffer with bad stomach me and son had ear infection trip down to the chemist soon sorted it out cost about 60 english though my only dissapointment was with the management before we arrived we emailed the hotel to upgrade our room the charge was 30 euros per person per night my husband explained this was our third time expecting some discount but ther did not reply the management say ther are loyal to there customers well not us not even a thankyou fruit basket flowers a free massage would of been nice think this will be our last time at the reef oasis think 3 times is enough thinking of trying the new sensatori next year hopefully it will be just as good or even better. - in August 10

Restaurants - the Italian was great - we booked that for 3 of the nights as the food was excellant, the restaurant by the fountains was nice too (if you have kids take there beach stuff and a towel as they love to pay in the fountains after dinner) we didn't go into the buffet restaurant as it was always busy and so big and noisy Kids Club - excellant - Joshua throroughly enjoyed it and the staff are fantastic Pools - brillient choice of pools - slide pool is great for a likely aptmosphere, adult relax pool is huge and a great idea, infitiity pool is lovely with great views. - in October 09

There were plenty of bars to get hot cold and alcoholic drinks nice restaurants clean in fact the whole place was spotless and the staff fantastic now for the only BAD fault i could find if your in the 6000 blocks your half a mile from the beach and restaurants its approx a ten minute walk now with kids or beach clothes etc it gets monotonous the provide a free bus service which they say every 5 or ten minutes lol we waited up to 20 minutes and if your only there a week and go back to your room 3 times a day you do your math’s a big chunk of your holiday gone also the service stops at 5pm till 6pm just when you want to go to tea or come off beach good timing (NOT) also they stop the service at 11 or 12 not sure as couldn’t seem to get out of the 24hour bar that early ;-) it gets cold of a night when sun goes down the pools are fantastic to look at but freezing cold except the kids heated one nice an warm but the infinity pool was so cold no one used it such a waste the management was asked but refused . - in November 09

the pools were great now onto the beach which is the real attraction the snorkaling here is out of this world superb reef so much to see it quite literaly takes your breath away to see all the fish and corals just a great location private beach which means no hastle worth its weight in gold small jetty of which to snorkel only a few metres long ideal for families with young children to explore the reef and for tiny tots you just have to sit at the waters edge or paddle in to see a whole array of fantastic fish it realy is a must an will make this a fantastic holiday for the whole family. - in July 10

We were by a large free formed pool with 3 water slides ( Family pool ) 2 large adult pools were about 500 yds away and by main restaurant a large free fomed pool which was heated and a large heated paddling pool for young children next to it. - in February 10
