Hotel Regina Jassen II

Overall we were very happy with the Regina. We have already had a bit we know from in Bulgaria at Sunny Beach. This hotel is in the Umgebungsliste how wrong they'd it directly belonged Glarus. It was a shame we wanted to be close to the Lazur. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about and review the rest did not understand. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The first sight from the hotel is not the best. Everything looks quite needed renovation and therefore not very inviting. The size was okay. Room was plentiful, but were right next to each other, separated by a thin wall so that you always heard the neighbors. The condition of the room was poor. The furniture was old and worn and uncomfortable beds. There was no set much importance to cleanliness. We stayed for a short break at the hotel and have seen the description MOCK. Glasses of the "bar" were not been washed, but right next to the next guest, accompanied with new stuffing. understood has a not at all, neither German, or English. The size of the hotel was in general in order. The rooms were of a good size but lacked cleanliness throughout the hotel. The condition of the furniture was ok. Many of the guests were British and German and Russian. It was both families and many young people. The rooms were in order. There was a small fridge, tv with RTL, Pro7, Sat 1 and various anderssprachigen channels. The reception of some channels was was poor. The hotel is not very big and needs renovation. The toilets in the ground floor there were always dirty, the floor wasn't wiped. All inclusive I would recommend to none. There was always noise. You did not get any sleep. By the complaints it was from the reception mocked. The rooms are ok. Double room with 2 twin beds pushed together. It did have a balcony.
