The hotel was in a good condition. Everything was clean and neat. It had a French management, so other nationalities weren't really welcome here, especially not with All Inclusive. The only people who spoke or wanted to speak several foreign languages were the receptionists. Waiters or hosts: No chance. In hotels with Spanish management, they at least try to communicate with all the guests. No complaints about the rooms. It was a very clean and big hotel with a French entertainment programme mostly for kids. The hotel rooms, all the public rooms, the pool and the whole area were very satisfying. We'd booked half board; breakfast and dinner were appealing and offered a varying choice. There was something tasty every day. Even for half board, wine (bottles), water, Coke, Fanta and juices were included, which we found very generous. We weren't offered any help with our bags upon arrival, which with a small baby played out quite awkwardly. The reception was, well, somewhat surly. The restaurant was quite alright, except the sometimes impolite waiters. The menus unfortunately lacked German and were often inaccurate as to the actual offerings.
