A small, untouched island. A dream come true. Right on the white sandy beach with a small offshore reef. It to take walks, snorkeling, swimming and lounging garadezu. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Tip: Gänztägiger Boottrip, it was great. The restaurant is can splash out and presented the food offered to a high standard. We stayed for 5 nights at the Relais Mahana and can recommend this resort. The garden is beautifully landscaped and everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly, our bungalow was very functional and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The beach is for French Polynesia quite long and there were always enough beach chairs available. Huahine is very original and it was absolute peace. The color of the lagoon and the sky are fantastic. Which was unfortunately not so great is the breakfast. A nice hotel, which was all very expensive in the hotel. Buy something better in the small supermarket. We had rented a car for 2 days was ok, but could have been a day enough. Bring ample sun protection (but very expensive)- adapter is highly recommended. Snorkeling here is the largest. Better bring own equipment. Here we could free canoes. But to visit the island, it is advisable to rent a car at the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was very good and plentiful. But in the evening to food, we recommend to visit the neighboring area Chiaz. Where you can get good cooled beer and excellent mahi mahi. Read more
