the hotel lies between the two districts of the city, which one at night not alone should visit and exactly between hostel for the homeless, and Pornokino Aidshilfe. The window did not close properly, it is the whole night very noisy. A elevator was broken. On the fifth floor we had no hot water in the shower (their finishing peeled off). Our complaint meant, that the concierge was a telling-off, one must the water only once a few minutes walk. The next day we left the water took 30 minutes to walk there remained however cold. The Renoir in San Francisco is a bit getting old, but nevertheless flair and charm. The hotel is clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful and always to a small chat cheerful. Our 'problem' with the broken safe in the room was repaired immediately. Get the early (6:00 o'clock in the morning) of our cars from the parking garage was total smooth, although only from 07:30 o'clock the car can be collected. The Renoir hotel is located on the market St. 7th St. amount is on the back entrance to reach the McAllister St.. Here begins the Tenderloin area, in the you should not walk around in the dark. The immediate vicinity, I would describe as but safe.
