The hotel in general
This new structure opened in May 2009. It is positioned directly on the lake front and is just divided from the lake by the Gardesana road (the lake road). It’s just 200 mt distance from the centre of Assenza di Brenzone.
The apartment complex is made out of 4 seperated buildings and positioned in a terrace style manner, there are a total of 46 spacious apartments, one bedroomed and two bedroomed apartments, some on the ground floor, some first floor and some on the second floor, all are furnished in a modern and functional way.
Hotel room/Accommodation
Each apartment offers the following services: furnished balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and/or heating, ¾ have a cooker with 4 burners, dishwasher, coffee machine, telephone, safe, satellite link-up color TVe, bathroom with shower.
There is a swimming pool inside the residence (14x9,5 m) laundry room with washing machines (to be used with coins) and a restaurant/pizzeria.
A garage for your car is guranteed for each apartment. Bicycles for hire.

The complex itself is very nice, the location right on the main strip Garda ENA makes it very loud, also in the September. Our room was in the back section, but it was right on a side street, across the street from the supermarket and camping. Our room was very noisy. Read more

Great, recently renovated apartment complex, in our opinion, the best, on the side of Torbo lone to Garda will take place. Pizzeria in the house with good and tasty food, supermarket for the most important things right next door, everywhere else, supermarkets, by car. Tip: a penny from nearby Riva de Garda. Very friendly staff, very nice on complaints. The only drawback: at the final inspection referred to in the final and should be more detailed, as we had a lot of dirt remove from our predecessors. even if our stay only short, everything was, really everything was to our satisfaction. Especially the free of charge at any time usable tea and coffee bar is recommendable. The residence is optically in the first impression great, at stay in the area however you discover the problem spots very quickly: garage much too narrow for larger cars, location is too far away from restaurants, bars..., pool freezing cold, no activities for kids (no table tennis...), room partly not the brochure pictured (dark, hardly garden, very small balconies...), only after complaining we were given a'brochure' room, cleanliness the rooms was bad (floor guaranteed not swept, mold in the coffee maker, unwashed dishes from the previous...
