The staff were not helpful,the room was not clean,no toilet paper in the toilet,no soap,shower not attached to wall,dirty pillows,very noisy during the night from the cars when the window was open and when closed the room was very hot, even in December(winter),the lift only for 1 person & there is no space for suitcases, so if your room is situated on the 5th, 6th or 7th floor you have to walk up the stairs.
