The decor of the rooms should be updated. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and perfectly adequate. The food was found well below average (without spice). On complaints was not reacted or snotty. From the sixth to 9 October 2011 we spent a short stay in this hotel. We used it as a base for exploring the island of usedom. As always free parking spaces were available, affordable accommodation for car trips. We were on the second floor in the room. We had to put the bag on a rather narrow stairs to be taken. Not a problem for us, but for people with disabilities it could be a big problem. The room was quite large and clean. However one could push to the attic window in the area of the head. We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The food tasted very good. The service was always perfect, competent and very friendly. The restaurant and bars near the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were in your good size and always clean. In the summer I could imagine, that but a small fridge would be needed. The condition of the hotel is however partially already in need of renovation (especially in the bathroom area). Parking is commendable. Read more

We were pleased with the room, which we got when we arrived at the front desk changed. The breakfast was very varied and satisfactory. Certainly was a bottleneck rolls but it could then be served bread. The staff was polite and accommodating and always tried hard to fulfill the wishes of the guests. The previous use of the building as a work relaxation is suitable for home! Renovated hotel, unfortunately there is no elevator! To the beach easy to find Avenue, but not everyone thing (about 1 kilometer footpath); Good parking right next to the hotel; excellent food, best red grütze at the Baltic Sea! The tone at the front desk is not suitable for sensitive hearted! Read more
