Apartment – Hotel Santa Cecilia offers a range of apartments in a completely renovated Liberty building. It is made up of 15 apartments on four floors linked by a lift. All apartments have a balcony or a porch with table and chairs that overlook on the square of the harbour. The heated indoor pool and the hydro massage mean you can enjoy a swim all year round. Santa Cecilia is 10 meters away from the pedestrian area where you can find little shops, cafes and restaurants. The “Verdi” theatre is 20 meters far. Studio: (35mq) It is made up just of a room where the spaces are created by the furniture: the sleeping area with double bed and wardrobe, living area with kitchenette and sofa. Bathroom with shower. It is situated at the ground floor with the view of the port square, covered outdoor space with table and chairs (2 adults with the possibility to add 1 bed for 1 child up to 12 years old)
Suite (42 mq) sitting room with sofa and cooking area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, a balcony. It is situated at the 3rd floor with sea view (2 adults + with the possibility to add 1 bed for child up to 12 years old).
Two room apartment: (45mq) sitting room with sofa and cooking area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace or balcony. It is situated at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor with sea view(2 adults + 1 sofa bed for a child (up to 12 years old) with the possibility to add 1 bed for another child up to 12 years old ).
Three room apartment: (70mq) three separate rooms, sitting room with sofa and cooking area, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, bathroom with shower and porch, terrace or balcony. It is situated at the ground floor with the view of the port square, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with sea view (4 adults with the possibility to add 2 beds for 2 children up to 12 years old).
Three room apartment superior: (80mq) it is made up of four rooms: sitting room with sofa and chimney, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, 2 bathrooms with shower, private washing machine, two double bedrooms. It is situated at the attic floor with sea view (4 adults with the possibility to add 2 beds for 2 children up to 12 years old).
