Maybe it was because of the coupon, that we got a room, the very habituation-needily was: the shutters didn't work, the shower head was broken, the heater could not be adjusted and the dust everywhere visible to TV, table etc.. The service in the restaurant was very nice, these spoofed but not about the lack of value for money during dinner away, the breakfast was OK.
We will certainly not more into the five seasons get lost. Read more

the hotel has very spacious room. We had with our daughter despite many toys and utensils enough room. The cleanliness in the room was good. Only 'Shortage' the window are soon sanirungsbedürftig. We cannot understand that partly such bad reviews were received!
As mentioned above are only the window to complain about. Apart from that terms of cleanliness and spaciousness there is no deficiencies. The furnishings is not top modern however functional. ( small TV, was however not often in use)

The disastrous reviews I was curious, what impression the hotel. First of all, the positives: the three days we have very good food! The shank on the first day, the buffet with veal-Turkey and pork in addition to the numerous side dishes and the Rehgulasch on the third day were all perfectly cooked. The breakfast buffet is wide. We were looking forward to a few relaxing days and given the receipt. Except the expensive massages which we have visited, everything was very bad. Our room was dirty, the shower wall was partly missing, so that the whole bathroom wet. No shower gel was available. the only thing I would want to think about as a visitor is that whilst the reception staff do speak english very well the rest of the staff have a little, for me this was ok my german is passable enough to cope, oh and the menu for food is only in german so brush up folks.
