Had an enjoyable holiday for families. Kids loved so much mini club, spent most of the time in the pool. Life guard on site all day, good job!

My husband, mum & three year old son went to the Isla Bonita hotel for a two week break - and we liked it so much we stayed for another week after that! The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff, two nice pools plus another two children pools. The food was good and plentiful. What is really outstanding in this hotel is the wonderful animation team. They are amazing, always cheerful and upbeat. Was our 17th visit to the hotel and, as usual, we had a fab time. Our children have practically grown up in the place, although it has been centuries (or so it seems) since they participated in the mini disco, nowadays they entertain themselves with the Playstation thoughtfully provided by the hotel. Who knows one day we’ll even bring our future grandchildren!

Had a double inter rooms very spacious, new refurb rooms were really nice beds have to be the most comfortable I have experience in any accommadition i suffer back problems, & find it difficult to get comfortable, had no problems sleeping.
Cleanliness excellent room cleaned early every day, in general the whole hotel is spotless.
