Booked through a travel agent's Turs Brazilian ' Erna in blumenau/Santa Catarina, one speaks also German. In the off season (summer in brazil) has been the accommodation and breakfast including flights to a very reasonable price. Room service on request available.
The hotel is centrally located next to the Av. Atlantica, across the street from the beach. The area is also in the evening not very dangerous, restaurants also open in the evening. That is why it can sometimes be something loud.
