Wonderful, tasteful furniture (unfortunately without drawers and with too few hooks or storage space in the bathroom). Wonderful comfortable ambience in the hotel's own bar with excellent and competent barmaid! Great view of the Ritzensee. Beautiful winter hiking paths in the surrounding area. Access to the area and local places of interest is rather difficult without a car. Very pleasant spa area with relaxing massages and friendly staff. The Ritzenhof offers a warm, informal atmosphere. The staff are in all areas competent and friendly, the food excellent. All the public areas are very clean and in perfect condition. The shuttle to the ski lifts is always on time and quick. Highly recommendable! Read more

We were there over the Christmas holidays and for the New Year. The front desk staff was very friendly and cordial. Also the competent dealing with our loving brown labrador was impressive. The very beautiful spa area invited to pleasantly relax. The treatments were excellent. Even if the skiing areas are not right in the village there is a free shuttle service. On a culinary level we were pampered at the highest level. The climax was the 8 course menu for New Years Eve. Read more

The Ritzenhof seems to be perfect in every detail. That alone is not unusual, however, in no other hotel you will find such a pleasant, warm and relaxing atmosphere as in the Ritzenhof.
