A miserable front desk service. Individuals will be accommodated in rooms with more closet space, couples with less of closet space. Change after repeated request and only half booked hotel. When a small fire in the dining room is a bad crisis management. Staff should learn how to deal with fire. Read more

The hotel Riviera is safe. We are on recommendation and didn't regret it. The hotel has opened a third building (C block) in the autumn of 2010. We were lucky enough to be put in the new building. Very nice rooms and quiet location. In the house there is a brand new fitness room. All new devices you could use the safe. In a new Turkish bath (Hamam) was. Monday-was Friday from 15.30-19.00 o'clock free of charge. Read more

Great Price/Performance Ratio. The new C-block of the hotel. Everything was modern and new. Really recommendable. Very popular with Germans in the advanced age, still active visited in spite of low season. This underlines the popularity. And the weather was also still. Nice Vacation. Read more

The hotel is in a good condition, the rooms good, with a third bed, flat screen, the bathroom has a bathtub, was clean, towels are changed every day, the balcony was a bit small. The food is varied and good. According to other guests, who had already been visited more often this hotel, the food is pretty good, which I cannot judge, since we first visited the Riviera.
