The hotel is quite getting old. From the outside you couldn't assume, what a expected inside. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The beds worn, the walls not good enough. The walls are total dirty. The bathroom fixtures are total dirty and korridiert. The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. Complaints were cared for quickly faced away. Close to the underground stop harras, great access to the city center. Room and bathroom quite small, but clean. We had a queen-size bed, which was on the wall, for older people not ideal, the bed itself was very good. The breakfast buffet was varied, the quality good average. The service was very good. We stayed five days in Munich and were very happy with the choice. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the harras Hotel. Therefore, we could make day and night a little, since the course drives in Munich on many occasions. A REWE market is within walking distance. Unfortunately, there weren't so many restaurants in the proximity. However, the inn in sendling absolutely recommendable. Rooms: the rooms in the hotel are a bit small. I was very disappointed that a hotel at this price was not apparently prepared to make a concession on my bill (except for saying I need not pay my 5euro parking bill) when I pointed out that:- The air- conditioning did not work on a very hot night (although I was provided with an electric fan which stirred the hot air around) and the whirlpool bath did not work in that the plug would not close so the bath did not fill.
