The pool area was simply magnificent complemented by the lovingly maintained gardens, and the excellent animation team lead by the brilliant David, supported by his truly wonderful team of stars including a special mention to Fatih, ( the excellent archery master), and the amazing George and his lovely dance partner, who`m we now consider dear friends because of how hard they worked to make our holiday really special.

The hotel does not correspond to the past rixos standard, the standard rooms are small but well-appointed, cabinets and table were clear signs of usage, the service in the restaurant was very good, the staff was friendly and courteous, the food was OK but no highlights, at the terrace bar a different story, no professionals and bad foreign language skills, apart from Russian, although the waiters took orders but whether it was hit and Miss, often forgotten or orders you got something you didn't had ordered, the biggest opportunity to get something to drink was to go to the bar, complaints didn't help, then you were no longer served, the cocktails were not up to international standards, (for example, Pia colada with orange juice undnur rum, caipirinha enjoying with lemon and throws performanc and without the original liquor) the staff made a great effort, but there are some children at the bars serve.
