In the first two (of only 4) nights was still a bunk bed in our room crammed. After two complaints it has been removed yet from our room. The breakfast buffet was okay. At dinner it was hard to find something delicious. But it was perfect, was the location of the hotel. Just down the stairs and you are right on the beach. For a 3 star hotel in order. We loved the decor, but you would not move in there. Cleanliness was good, but some areas were overlooked (chips on the floor, food leftovers in drawer). In rocador/hallway was dripping from the ceiling. The beach chairs at the pool were in a very bad condition (worn and moldy). But you had to use it. The food tasted good, the selection was large. We (2 girls) for two in a relaxing holiday risks, but what we had, was rather additional stress relaxation!
The staff was very unfriendly and the German and English language skills were rather bad.
Unfortunately, there was hardly any fresh fruit, no matter whether at breakfast or dinner.
On the bed sheets were blood everywhere, even after it was reported to the front desk and apparently 'fresh' bed sheets were brought, there were also isolated blood stains on it!
The mattresses were very old, stained and torn been.

Everything was good especially the breakfast & dinner, unfortunately in dire need of improvement in the hotel and the rooms are done, very dated. Bathroom not clean, towels were changed every day. The beach chairs at the pool were partly moldy. But despite all we had a great vacation in this hotel. Unfortunately, there were still the worst beds we have ever been in, Squeak without end so that one did not dare to reverse.
There were unfortunately no mattress covers, just thin sheets.
