A beautiful room with airco, a great balcony, a big swimmingpool, a very good breakfast and the possibility to have lunch and diner a la carte, located just 500 mtrs. from the beach in a quiet surrounding were all we needed for a marvelous holiday! The hotel is runned by a lovely family, who, together with others, will do everything they can to give you a wonderful stay! Nice and well maintained plant approx. 100 rooms, everything very familiar held! Guests are mostly “mainland Greeks” in the somewhat higher age!
Nicely furnished rooms with TVS, climate, balcony, telephone and refrigerator! Everything in a very good condition! The bath is a little old-fashionably however expedient and clean! For “normal” standards more than sufficiently!

Very nice 3 star hotel with beautiful pool, garden , lobby and rooms! Quiet and relaxing! Just what we needed! It was clean, renovated and therefore everything was new! Especially enjoyed our beakfast on the porch and our coffee by the pool in the afternoon! Rooms decorated in style with very nice colours! Recommended!

We are couple from Greece and decided to visit the roselands for 7 days from 15 to 21 June 2010 ..... do not go for your own good !
Do! not ever go!! is unacceptable!
We asked, of the air condition and they told us tomorrow will give us .next day nothing .in the evening ... they told us that we have to pay extra 5 euros per day for the air conditioner!
As the breakfast was awful! the owners are very rude!!
