We have a night in the hotel because of a birthday party stayed in. The check in and check out ran without problems, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Disappointing was, that no information got where it for example breakfast returns. One must in the morning even the breakfast room search. The hotel is not large, centrally located. The rooms are clean, only on the closets was a thick layer of dust to find. Missing in the bathroom a heating, hair dryer is also none available. The breakfast is very well and regularly refilled. The hotel is centrally located in Markranstädt. More positive had we didn't, because right at check-in we had despite Klingelns at the front desk about ten minutes wait (, although we were preregistered). We would certainly have been able to spend half an hour there ringing, we would not have prompted in the kitchen, in order to look around us to a contact person.
