Well-kept hotel in an old facade, but modern design and new building courtyard for the hotel rooms.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and is relatively large. When you enter the hotel, and you will find the very elegant entrance. through the whole hotel. The staff is friendly, they must be trying to fulfill all your wishes and requests. We had only booked breakfast which was very good. We stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Scotland. The location of the hotel is great, you can reach everything on foot. Room and service, as well as food was okay
Great atmosphere in the lobby and bar.
Good room installed, everything else was available. Clean and well maintained.

When booking the hotel it was known to us that the hotel had been refurbished, this was in truth a fact in parts - yet the room I stayed in hadn't and was incredibly noisy from traffic pollution outside and hotel fans I presume working, maybe you would like to invest in sound proofing- perhaps secondary glazing units? All in all nice hotel but it would have been nice to sleep1 .
