We were now for the 6 time in this hotel and are not disappointed everything was great the only thing which was to be criticized is the rooms facilities the is somewhat older and sometimes slow must be renewed. There are already rooms are new and renovated. The beach is beautiful but one must know which one only with bathing shoes into the sea because corals so just into the water walk is not possible! The staff were throughout very friendly and helpful, spoke several languages. The hotel is some refurbishment, as the bathroom was somewhat dated and the tiles threadbare looks. Very Positive, complaints are immediately fixed and taken serious. Negatively noticeable are the many Russians partially totally misbehaving behaved. They have neither country, culture still the people respected.

Hotel complex very neat and clean, rooms are clean but in need of renovation. The food is very good and there it different restaurants gives something there for every taste. The beach is clean and at the time were always enough loungers available. Sadly the way into the sea, over the jetty very far (CIRCA 10 to 15 minutes) it is worthwhile but, since the reef was very beautiful. We have been there so many times now the staff know us well but anyway the service is very very good - without being in your face - we have stayed at many other hotels in the area the staff there have only been tip orientated ie they give you good service and they want tipping immediately otherwise you do not get good service - we generally tip toward the end but as i say they all work really hard and are always smiling. - in November 11
