the hotel is with 215 rooms a rather small House. The cleanliness played an important role: everywhere was swept, cleaned and weeded. We had all inclusive when we dialed. The guests came to 90% from France or Belgium. The rest from Germany and Holland.
Rooms, as well as toilet and bathroom were very spacious. US disturbed solely the something shabby condition of our premises.

Although low budget room, we got a great apartment with two terraces with a view of the garden. The apartment spread out over two floors( bedroom/ Bath/roof terrace), on the ground floor it is pleasantly a guest washroom. Plenty of room to Run! It was very, very clean. We had all inclusive, which in this hotel for us was paid. We were allowed to take bottles of water in the restaurant with the room, it was of the waiters always offered. The hotel has a very pleasant size. There is no high rise building and no fortress of loungers. Of course it is no families hotel, but the construction alone convinced already. The hotel consists of several buildings. Altogether was very good value for cleanliness put. It is a pure 'all inclusive' hotel. Only the guest structure is unevenly distributed. In our day (conditionally, of course, by holidays in France) were 95% French in the hotel. But the staff spoke partly also German and English. So not a problem.
