The parking is in the open and extra to pay, Wiki use costs 10$ per day, breakfast and restaurant food in the hotel expensive, therefor is a fridge in the room, kitchen counter with coffee machine and Konakaffee, however only once, then it is to pay, the room was spacious and I had a kind of lateral view of the sea, before it was the view of the concreted and rather horrible backyard of the hotel, completely Hawaii is not a paradise for smokers, here there was 3 smoking areas, one of them next to the litter bin, therefor the luau not overpri... Really ok for a 3 -star can not understand my previous reviewers. If you only booked 3 stars but just cut back. Rooms are large and very clean 2 balconies with a view of the sunrise or to the ocean. Very cool bar right on the ocean where the waves right to your hotel. $10 For parking per day extra Internet access (surcharge)the best place we had on the Big Island. Read more

The hotel was older. Must have something happen here. Unfortunately the part of the cleanliness leaves to be desired. The part of mold in the bathroom. The decor was formerly must have been very high quality. The staff is very friendly, the location fantastic. Unfortunately not a private beach, the "on-site" lagoon is unfortunately very dirty. The hotel is very big and consisted of several buildings. In the main building there was the front desk. A large parking for guests is 10 US$ per day.
The room was very large with two balconies with views of the sea and pool.
The staff was very friendly. We had problems with the room, it was not for us. The lady from the reception dealt with the tour operator contacted us organized everything and new larger room with 2 balconies.
The hotel is right on the sea front with a small beach. The tourist area with various restaurants, ABC-shops, ... Read more

We spent our honeymoon in Hawaii, and this hotel was one of the best. It is a complex of 3 hotels (like the other 2 are I can't say) The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel is perfectly located in the "center" of Kona on a sweet shopping street. There is a hotel's "beach" ( a little bay with aufeschütteten sand). There is no sandy beaches in Kona. Having you own car would be an advantage. bus trips are overpriced. Read more
