The hotel is directly on the lake with shops and restaurants nearby. We had a very nice modern corner room, very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly book again. Read more

We stayed for 3 nights at the Novotel as part of our New Zealand tour. The hotel is located directly on Lake Rotorua and therefore various recreational facilities. For example. steamer, pedal boats, kayaks, etc. And many possibilities in rundflügen (e.g. B. Also sea plane and helicopter). Restaurants just around the corner, as well as on-site restaurant "Atlas", with shopping about 3 - 5 minutes walk, to i-site (Infocenter) and Intercity coach bus terminal about 10 minutes walk. The main reason we chose this hotel was the HEATED pool for our teenager.

The pool was tepid although was advertised as heated (there are alot of other hotels with lovely heated pools in Rotorua where we would have stayed if we had known the pool was not hot, it was even too cold for her who swims in our cold pool at home in October and March.
