The front desk at the front desk at two o'clock in the night o'clock was very rude. The man was very rude and did not speak a word of German, only English was poor. The hallways to the rooms, only in emergency, we would probably still looking for our room, it had no flashlight thereby eschon. The drinks were hardly drinkable, even the wine is cheaper booze. The friendliness of the hotel staff can't be beat. Bad foreign language skills, at all. For children in the low season is not recommended, as there are no animation or other activities were possible. The food was mostly cold and not fresh. The entire hotel area was dirty and not well maintained. The Spa area, as well as the rooms were very unclean. All in all, I would like my money back therefor we want, as this hotel is not worth a penny. Read more

Actually is the complex very beautifully built and very good location. the hotel is run down. most of the staff uncommitted. in the lobby a guest on a couch set, where the cats their large transaction had-without words- at that point in time the prior to, the hotel was about half full, experienced, that now only 1/10 Tel occupied-The closing probably imminent. the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired!
