The well-run hotel offers with the three thermal good possibilities the relaxation.
Particularly praiseworthy eats the wonderful location above the citara Bay.
The front desk is constantly German speaking staff manned.
The wide and balanced food in friendly equipped two dining rooms taken.
We felt in the dining room head waiter Mario and his team was very good.

We arrived in the main the Terme to enjoy. Our expectations were fully met. Framed was our stay from very friendly helpful and competent staff. Should be emphasized here definitely the head waiters of the dining room, Mario, with its multiplicity of the highest competence and friendliness a very good remaining impression on us. We felt in the hotel royal palm, despite Witerwetter, good and it for a stay on Ischia strongly recommend! Read more

Large, confusing, but clean, lovely area. Floorplan or more signs would have been helpful.
On the complex 2 large hotels with smaller 2 story buildings (per 8 rooms) we stayed in a neighboring house and found it very quiet, but had a long way to go to the main building to the front desk or to the dining room. Luckily seemed mostly the sun, when it rains ensure a uncomfortable matter

For a week of relaxation vacation in the off-season the hotel is highly recommended, it is more like a hotel for guests over 50, the breakfast buffet is in my opinion the standard of a bad hostel in Germany no eggs, cold cuts little, no fresh fruit, the atmosphere in the dining room was not intimate, rather noisy and has a bit of mass processing durchorganisierter, in the off season it was fine for us, during off-season I would not stay there, we had booked half-board,there was a great diversity of food, a bit unlovingly and nothing for the eye, taste the note 4, the service staff in the dining room was cheerful ? , approachable and attentive, the thermal baths were well-kept, the rooms were cleaned every day very tidy and there were daily change of towels, had it was off-season, there, a few shops, cafes/bars or restaurants open, unfortunately there were no garden or special thermal plants, there were also a few excursion offers, but since the infrastructure works well with the bus, you could get on the island on own fist move.

It is a typical Italian hotel ( in a negative sense): a bit worn, complaints ausgesessen ( telephone was only on sometimes, German television mostly only one channel, and it was RTL), food unfortunately no buffet, for everything had to be paid extra.
